AI automation & AI agents

AI automation that does the work software should be doing.

We build AI agents that handle the repetitive work your team repeats a hundred times a week — triaging tickets, qualifying leads, extracting data, writing drafts, moving files. Quietly, reliably, and with humans in the loop when it matters.

  • Agents that integrate with your real tools (Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, custom APIs)
  • Observability + guardrails from day one — no black boxes
  • Evaluation loops so your agent gets smarter, not worse
  • EU hosting & GDPR-ready
  • Human-in-the-loop
  • Fixed price after scope
  • Live in 1–2 weeks

The short version

What is AI automation?
Recurring tasks are handled by AI agents that use artificial intelligence to understand language, documents and unstructured data — instead of the rigid if-then rules of classic automation or RPA.
What does it deliver?
Teams typically get back 10–30 hours a week, cut costs and error rates, and scale processes without adding headcount.
What does it cost?
Small automations start at €2k; a first working agent usually lands between €2k and €8k plus infrastructure. Fixed price after the scope sprint.
How long does it take?
A first prototype is live in 1–2 weeks. We then roll out gradually with human approval.
Fundamentals

What is AI automation?

AI automation combines artificial intelligence with process automation: software doesn't just follow rigidly defined steps — it makes its own decisions based on machine learning, natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs). These AI agents read emails, understand documents, recognise patterns and act — even on the unstructured data that classic automation chokes on.

The difference from classic automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) matters: RPA follows rigid if-then rules and breaks the moment a form or an edge case changes. AI-driven, intelligent automation is adaptive, learns from examples and handles the more complex tasks full of exceptions. Instead of covering only ~30% of routine work, far more automated processes become reachable.

AI automation is used across industries — from customer service and sales to finance and controlling to document processing. Anywhere people do repetitive work today, an AI agent can give time back, cut costs and lower error rates. The key: a good agent is measurable, governed and backed by a human in the loop — not a black box.

What you get

Back 10–30 hours per week

We target the repetitive work first. Teams typically see time back within 3 weeks of launch.

Guardrails by default

Human-in-the-loop, role permissions, audit trails and PII handling — EU-hosted when you need it.

Lives inside your stack

Slack, Teams, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, email, custom tools — your agent goes where you already work.

Measurable from day one

Every agent ships with a dashboard so you see ROI, time saved and error rate — not a vibe.

Use cases

Where AI automation pays off

We target the recurring tasks with the highest ROI first — segmented by function, not by hype.

Ticket triage & customer service

Incoming requests get classified, prioritised, enriched with context and routed to the right team — draft reply included.

Lead qualification & sales

Leads are researched, scored against your criteria and enriched in the CRM, so your team only talks to qualified contacts.

Invoice checking & documents

Invoices, contracts and forms are read, validated and booked into your system — even from PDFs and scans (unstructured data).

Reporting & forecasts

Data from multiple sources is merged, analysed and delivered as recurring reporting with a short narrative.

Data entry & sync

Repetitive data entry and reconciliation between tools is handled by the agent — fewer errors, around the clock.

Email & content drafts

Routine correspondence and first drafts are generated in the right tone — your team just approves.

How we ship an agent

  1. 01

    Scope sprint

One week of interviews and shadowing. We pick the right process — not the flashy one — and run the ROI math.

  2. 02

    Prototype

Week two, working prototype in your real tools with synthetic data. You can try it.

  3. 03

    Harden & evaluate

We add evals, guardrails and rollback. No agent ships without a test harness.

  4. 04

    Roll out & optimise

Gradual rollout with humans approving, then auto. Team training, docs and monthly tune-ups included.

Investment

What does AI automation cost?

Transparent instead of "it depends". After the scope sprint we name a fixed price — no open-ended invoices.

Small automation

from €2k

One well-scoped process, one agent, fast impact. Plus infrastructure.

Agent project

€2k – €8k

First working version with evals, guardrails and a dashboard. Fixed price after scope.

Larger rollout

by scope

Multiple processes, deep integration, EU hosting in your VPC. We run the ROI math up front.

All prices plus infrastructure (LLM / hosting costs). You get an ROI calculation and a fixed price after the free scope sprint.

Trust

GDPR, EU hosting & human-in-the-loop

As a DACH-focused team, data sovereignty isn't an add-on for us. You decide where your data lives and who approves which action — that's the difference from generic SaaS tools by large US vendors.

EU hosting

Runs in Frankfurt or Zurich, in your own VPC on request. Zero-retention modes available.

Human-in-the-loop

High-stakes actions need human approval. You keep control, the agent does the grunt work.

GDPR & DPA

Data processing agreement, clean PII handling and role permissions come as standard.

Audit & rollback

Full audit logs and automatic rollback. Mistakes are visible, not silent.

AI automation & AI agents

Frequent questions

What is the difference between AI automation and RPA?

RPA (Robotic Process Automation) follows rigid rules and replays defined UI clicks — it breaks the moment something changes or unstructured data appears. AI automation uses machine learning and language models, understands free text, documents and edge cases, and makes its own decisions. We often combine the two.

Which industries is AI automation suited for?

Almost all of them: we have built agents across industries — from software and e-commerce to consulting and agencies to finance and manufacturing. What matters isn't the sector but whether there is recurring, rule-shaped work with clear ROI.

How long does it take to get live?

A first working prototype is ready in 1–2 weeks. We then harden the agent with evaluations and guardrails and roll out gradually — humans approving first, then automatic.

How do we measure success?

Every agent ships with a dashboard. We define KPIs up front — time saved, cost reduction, error rate, throughput — and surface them from day one, so ROI is provable, not a gut feeling.

Which LLMs do you use?

Whatever fits: Claude, GPT, Gemini, open-source. We benchmark on your data, not on marketing claims.

Is my data safe?

Yes. EU hosting available (Frankfurt / Zurich), DPA, zero data-retention modes, and we can run models in your VPC.

What if the agent makes a mistake?

We design for it. Human-in-the-loop for high-stakes actions, automatic rollback, and full audit logs. Mistakes are visible, not silent.

How much does it cost?

Small automations start at €2k; most first agents land between €2k and €8k plus infrastructure. We give you a fixed price after the scope sprint.
